Supply Chain #NextGen, in association with Generation Logistics, aims to celebrate 30 people under the age of 30 currently working in the logistics industry who have already demonstrated significant passion and drive in their role, resulting in big wins for their business.
Sponsored by CILT UK, the initiative is open to all young talent working in the logistics and supply chain sphere. There are no restrictions on seniority, length of service or sector, in order to recognise vital contributions from people taking their first steps in their career in the industry.
The 30 winners will be announced at a special ceremony on Wednesday 7th September at IMHX 2022 (International Materials Handling Exhibition 2022), the UK’s largest intralogistics event. Finalists can expect to gain access to a number of exciting opportunities to ensure their career continues on an upwards trajectory, including: a guest speaker slot on the Logistics Podcast, invites to industry roundtables, seats on panels at major events, and more.
The judging panel includes two people who have been vocal proponents of the logistics sector for decades: Clare Bottle, CEO at UKWA; and Sharon Kindleysides, CEO at CILT (UK).

Nominations close on Friday 5th August, at which point the judging panel will begin evaluating and scoring each entry.
