Steak And Hoagie Factory Official’s Newtown Shop Is Now Open

NEWTOWN, PA — Steak and Hoagie Factory Official, a Philadelphia-area restaurant known for its Italian Hoagie and Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, opened a Newtown spot on Friday.

The hoagies enjoyed around Bucks County can now be found right here in town, at 55 Cambridge Lane. The shop promises a “journey into Sandwich Nirvana.”

Michael Mayberry, current owner of the Steak and Hoagie Factory Group, shared about his close ties to Newtown online. He has lived in Churchville for 15 years, and his children attend Council Rock schools.

“Can’t wait to serve our new friends in Newtown,” he wrote.

The local chain started in 1990 in Warminster, and also boasts restaurants in Richboro and Abington.

The new restaurant is hiring for full or part-time positions, Mayberry said.

Steak and Hoagie Factory Official’s Newtown location is open 7 days a week, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (though the shop expects to expand hours soon).
