Each of the six buildings in the development will be about 200,000 square feet.
Sierra Construction Co. recently started site work for the first two buildings of the 1.2 million-square-foot Tumwater Corporate Center, at 93rd Avenue Southwest and Kimmie Street Southwest in Tumwater. The site is off Exit 99 of Interstate 5 and across 93rd from a Costco distribution center that’s also under construction.
