Jamshedpur, Jan 9: Every year Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West has been distributing blankets, sarees and old clothes amongst villagers in the outskirts of Jamshedpur during winter season.
Keeping tradition alive, members of the club on Sunday distributed 500 blankets, sarees and old clothes out of donations received from members and friends of Rotary Club.
The drive was held at five camps in Chimti, Dangar, Dangdong, Adhatand and Adharjor villages in Bodam block.
Rotarians in large number including Ajay Gandhi, Ashok Jha, Mithilesh Kumar Jha, Rajnish Talwar, Rishi Chandrani, Kishley Gautam, Annu Sehgal, Indu Gandhi, Rajesh Gandhi, B.V.Meena , Vinod Kumar, Rekha Jha , Binod Agarwal and Daljit Singh. Village mukhias supported in making the programme successful.
