Reinventing the Supply Chain Management and Warehousing Industry – Webinars

The supply chain is most critical to any manufacturing unit. In fact, it is the lynchpin on which all trade stands. 

For some time, Rockwell Automation has been working at offering novel solutions for the supply chain industry. The company has a vast array of solutions across a gamut of operations. 

The webinar of August 19 focused mainly on supply chain and warehousing – where technology plays a major role. 

Reinventing The Supply Chain Management and Warehousing Industry was all about understanding the depth of technology available and its effective use.

The two-hour long virtual summit had experts from the supply chain industry who spoke about the intricacies of the industry and how it has advanced. The summit had two panel discussions and two presentations. 

The first panel discussion, Reconfiguring supply chains for a new world, comprised Srinivas Garimella,  MD, Vega Conveyors & Automation; Satyam Choudhary, Sr Director, Flipkart; Rajeev Mehta, Chief Logistics Officer, Ambuja Cement; SPS Chauhan, Director, Asia & Middle East Bastian Solutions; and Jayendran Balasubramanian, Founder & CEO, NextFirst Engineering. It was moderated by Arvind Kakru Country Head – End User and EPC business, Rockwell Automation India.

The discussion was followed by a presentation by Lokesh Kaushal, Regional segment leader, packaging machinery, Asia Pacific, Rockwell Automation. 

The second panel discussion was Making supply chains more transparent than before. Moderated by Sriram Paramanand, India Business Manager, Architecture & Software (A&S) at Rockwell Automation, the panellists comprised Sangeet Kumar, CEO & Co-Founder, Addverb Technologies; Senthil Kumar KK, National Manager, Supply Chain Transformation, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages; and Ram Somtia, Head, Supply Chain, Reliance Retail.
