‘Rare opportunity’ – Kidderminster factory goes up for sale

A KIDDERMINSTER factory which could be converted into homes in the future is now on the market.

The Clensmore Street site is currently occupied by Veldonn Printers, who are looking to move their business to a new location within Kidderminster.

The premises is now up for sale – with offers being accepted in the region of £450,000.

According to a listing on Rightmove, it’s a “rare opportunity” for one buyer and has the potential for both residential and commercial development, subject to planning permission. 

The factory site features seven offices, five workrooms as well as parking. 

Veldonn Printers have said the business is “going strong” and will be moving to a nearby location in the town.
