Rajasthan government issues orders for setting up separate post-Covid clinics, wards for recovered patients | Jaipur News

JAIPUR: Health department on Thursday issued orders of setting up post-Covid clinics and post-Covid ward at district headquarters for counselling and rehabilitation of Covid patients after their recovery.
The orders were issued by principal secretary Akhil Arora mentioning that some of the common problems for which patients require care after recovery are respiratory distress, mental trauma of stress, transitory diabetes, cardiac problems, kidney problem, pancreas problems and body fatigue.
The order mentioned that the attendants of the patients getting discharged from the hospital or under home isolation should be made aware that if the patient reports any complication after recovery, they should immediately rush the patient for check up at post-Covid clinic or they may call at helpline 181.
