The Asian division of global insurer QBE has appointed John Trotter as Asia Head, Digital Partnership Distribution.
Trotter brings extensive experience in end-to-end partnership development, infrastructure creation, partnership sourcing, strategy development and commercial negotiation.
For the past year he has worked as an independent adviser, working with early stage ventures across Asia Pacific, as well as being a part-time lecturer at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Prior to that, Trotter worked for Sun Life as Head of E-Distribution, Digital Partnership and Innovation within Asia.
He also worked for AXA, where he was Corporate Development Director in Hong Kong for over two years.
His appointment continues the momentum QBE is creating with digital transformation and will support its business growth in Asia.
