Qatar- AAB pledges to provide ‘best ownership experience’

(MENAFN – Gulf Times) Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co (AAB), the official dealer for Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Qatar, has stressed its commitment to providing the ‘best ownership experience for customers.
The company said it has set high standards of after-sales service for Toyota and Lexus customers.
‘In keeping with our ‘Customer First’ policy, AAB’s service centres are a step ahead, ensuring you and your vehicle experience the highest quality and care. To be able to reach our valued customers, AAB has expanded its reach and currently has the largest after-sales service network coverage in Qatar, according to a press statement issued by AAB.
In the current Covid-19 situation, AAB said it is committed to the safety of its customers while taking all precautionary measures.
In the statement, Kamal al-Hajj, director of After-Sales Service, reaffirmed the company’s keenness to implement safety regulations. These include the disinfection and sanitisation of service centres spread throughout the country, in line with the directives of the Qatari government and Ministry of Public Health.
The most prominent action is the comprehensive sanitisation of all vehicles entering the service centres and the implementation of safety precautions by all employees who interact directly with customers by wearing protective masks and gloves at all times.
Al-Hajj emphasised AAB’s commitment to enhance customer service by increasing the working hours of service centres while maintaining an occupancy rate of 80%. This gives customers more flexibility to deliver their cars and finish their servicing in ‘record time, he added.
‘To address the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and overcome problems related to the availability of spare parts, the company has prepared warehouses outside the Industrial Area to provide spare parts to service centres spread throughout the country.
Noting the decrease in shipments by sea freight, he said air freight has been resorted to in order to provide spare parts despite the high freight charges.
C Muthusamy, senior manager – National Service, praised the precautionary measures taken by Qatar to limit the spread of Covid-19.
‘AAB received the Customer Delight Excellence Award from Toyota Motor Corporation for the eighth consecutive year. This is the result of continuous efforts of the management and staff to provide distinguished service to its valued customers, he added.
