Procurement Officer | KyivPost – Ukraine’s Global Voice

The EU-funded Project “Pravo-Justice” is looking for a Procurement Officer to design, prepare, coordinate and oversee procurements of IT and other services and supplies envisaged by the Project.

Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Team Leader for Operations, and in coordination with all four project components and all project staff, the Procurement Officer will:

  • Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of procurements of services, equipment, and supplies by the Project throughout the full procurement lifecycle (identification, formulation, preparation procurement documents, analysis of bids/bidders, evaluation, selection, contract signature, monitoring of implementation and deliverables, invoicing, etc.);
  • Plan, develop and launch new procurements and draft tender documents (feasibility studies, terms of reference, technical specifications, evaluation forms etc.);
  • Develop and update planning and reporting tools with regard to procurements (Procurements Master Plan, respective sections of the project management software, etc.);
  • Ensure effective coordination with national partners, the Project Team and the EF on all matters related to procurements;
  • Perform other tasks at the request of the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader for Operations.
