Procurement Fulfilment Analyst

6 months contract initially

Location: Remote or any local office

£175 per day / inside IR35

Our client is a major rail organisation who are looking for a Procurement Fulfilment Analyst to fulfil IT Procurement related service requests to Service Level Agreements.

You will work closely with End User Suppliers to make sure that IT Hardware procurement is managed efficiently and effectively, Identifying, and contributing to continual service improvement initiatives.

Essential

  • Maintain up to date IT product knowledge and technology trends.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to concentrate on complex customer requests for significant periods of time.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build rapport, engender customer confidence and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure at times, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to take ownership and solve problems independently.
  • Aptitude for logical problem solving.
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in an admin/I.T. based role
  • Previous exposure to, or use of the Oracle e-Business suite
  • Ongoing accountability for the day-to-day management and processing of high volumes of IT equipment orders with multiple Suppliers. Ensuring equipment is initially procured and then correctly disposed of at the end of its use.
  • Triage and review all requests to ensure accuracy and that all appropriate approvals are in place to make sure orders are completed within the required timescales.
  • Analyse processed orders to identify trends in customer requests and work with the Business to understand trends in spending, making sure that customers are spending money appropriately.
  • Review Project requirements and work with customers to develop and design the most suitable solution for their needs to ensure equipment procured meets customer expected timescales and expectations.
