The new procurement for more MiFi devices, which are wireless routers that act as mobile Wi-Fi hotspots, is no longer under protest, Superintendent Jon Fernandez said.
“The protest has been lifted for now and we are proceeding to hopefully award the procurement within the next couple of weeks and that’ll expand the number of MiFi’s available to more families who are seeking that kind of support,” he said.
