Angus Housing Association is a key provider of affordable housing to rent in Dundee and Angus. We have offices in Arbroath and Dundee from which we manage over 2,000 houses.

We are looking to recruit for the following exciting new post;

Procurement & Development Officer

35 hours per week

EVH Grade 7 (£32,850 – £36,648)

Essential car user allowance

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of development projects and programmes while achieving Best value in the procurement of capital projects and ensuring The Association is fully compliant in its Procurement policies and procedures

You should ideally have demonstrable experience of working in a technical or procurement environment with a good understanding of property development, building standards and specifications.
