MONTECITO, Calif. — The Montecito Water District site will serve as a distribution center for free take-home COVID-19 test kits on Friday.
The drive-thru pop-up distribution site will be open from 10 a.m. until noon.
It will be giving away one kit per person in each household.
Community members are asked to stay in their cars for the drive-thru distribution site.
