CADE’s General Superintendence recommends condemnation in Administrative Proceedings

Rio de Janeiro, September 11th, 2020.
Petrobras Distribuidora SA (B3: BRDT3), in compliance with CVM Instruction No. 358, of January 3th, 2002, as amended, it informs that the General Superintendence of CADE issued Technical Note No. 31/2020/CGAA4/SGA1/SG/CADE, still pending publication in Official Gazette, entered in Administrative Procedure No.08700.001831/2014-27, recommending the condemnation of GRU Airport, BR Distribuidora, Raízen and AirBP for alleged discrimination in the aviation kerosene market at Guarulhos Airport.
The Company reiterates its performance based on the best commercial and competitive practices, with ethics and respect for its customers, demanding the same behavior from its commercial partners and workforce. In this context, the Company informs that it will adopt all means necessary for its defense.
The Technical Note does not characterize the condemnation of any of the represented, but only the opinion of the technical area that will still be submitted to the Court.
