Paul Keller Obituary (1926 – 2022) – York, PA

Paul A. Keller, 95, entered into rest on Sunday January 30, 2022 at York Hospital. He was the husband of the late Doris E. (Wagman) Keller and the late Gladys M. (Conway) Keller.
He was born June 4, 1926 in Dallastown, the son of the late Albert and Euphemia (Simon) Keller.
Paul was a US Army veteran in WWll, having received the Purple Heart with Oak Clusters. He worked for Harper F. Myers Co. for 15 years as the sales manager and later opened K&E Auto Parts in York in 1965, retiring after 23 years. He was a member of St. Mary’s Church, a member and past president of their Golden Nuggets, a member of the Holy Name Society, Knights of St. Paul, American Legion of Dallastown and Past President of Pennsylvania Automotive Wholesaler Association, as well as a member of the Cotillion Club of York with Doris.
A viewing will be held Saturday February 5, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 at St. Mary’s Church 309 S. George St. York with the Rev. John Kuchinski officiating. Burial will follow in Dallastown Union Cemetery with military honors. The John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 902 Mt. Rose Ave. York is assisting with arrangements.
Paul is survived by three daughters: Robin A. Crotts and husband Thomas Crotts of Dinwiddie, VA, Maria E. Turner and husband Jason Spence of Dover, Melissa A. Stern and husband Robert J. Stern of Dover, and a son, Steven P. Keller and wife Mary Keller of York, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren with one on the way. Paul had been the last surviving of ten children to his parents, being the youngest of the five boys.
Paul will be greatly missed by his entire family, always in our hearts.
