Our Commercial rights and brand Sponsorship Division are currently searching for a highly motivated, well organised and passionate staff member with outstanding attention to detail, to join the team as a Partnerships Coordinator at our Sydney office.
main purpose
Partnership coordinator role in the commercial department, responsible for general administration for the sales dept reporting into Head of brand partnerships.
Sales support role with focus on client renewals and client retention for project based clients.
key responsibilities and duties
- Provide general support to the sales team including administration duties, term sheet and contract drafting, salesforce data input, WIP and agenda updating
- Oversee data entry, salesforce database management and maintenance of all sales related data including WIP documents
- Assisting with generating sales material including sales presentations, briefs, commercial comparisons
- Reporting – compiling monthly and quarterly sales reporting as directed
- Research- assist with market research as directed and required by the team
- Provide sales support to the team including attending meetings, maintaining client relationships and assisting with client requests
- Manage client relationship and sales negotiations on project based clients including client renewals and new business with the aim to grow these clients
- Provide support to Head of Brand Partnerships
skills and experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, music/events/Media/entertainment industry preferred/essential.
- Strong computer literacy –proficiency across Keynote, Outlook, Word, Excel [other software skills].
- Ability to communicate effectively in a manner consistent with the culture and across all levels.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, sensitive to relationships and situations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated passion for music.
