Responsibilities
- Assisting in the efficient and effective running day-to-day running of the Operations Department
- Being an effective connector across all Operations departments, including Customer Success, Order Processing, Supply Chain and Logistics, and Channel Partner management
- Develop and document a catalog of SOPs and best practices for each area of our operations
- Working with 3PLs to optimize fulfilment and shipping procedures to achieve service level excellence
- Managing e-commerce CMS (Magento) and inventory management systems
- Leading and managing cross-functional projects
- Analyzing data to assess performance implement improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years direct relevant experience in Operations Management (supply chain, logistics, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment where self-direction and initiative are highly encouraged
- Self-starter, fast learner, independent and with a hands-on attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about beauty and skincare
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Problem solver with a natural curiosity
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- E-commerce experience is preferred, but not required
- English proficiency including spelling and grammar
