Mon 8 AM | Supply Chain Disruption Puts Fish On Sale On Eureka Docks

People still shop and deliveries still bring the stuff they buy, but the pandemic has scrambled the supply chains for many products. Count seafood caught by fishing boats out of Eureka in that scramble.

The usual chain, hauling the catch ashore and selling it all to a wholesaler, broke. So now fishing operations are selling directly to consumers at the docks.
