A Georgia mattress and bedding manufacturer plans to consolidate its Wisconsin operations into a new facility and create 100 new jobs, the Milwaukee Business Journal reports.

SSB, which produces mattresses under the Serta and Beautyrest brands, anticipates shifting 325 workers from its current facilities in Janesville and nearby Beloit, Wisconsin, to the new, 500,000-square-foot Janesville plant. The company plans to create 100 additional positions at the site by 2025.

The city was reportedly considering a nine-year, nearly $390,000 incentive package for the company, as well as a $1.5 million package through a tax increment financing district for the project’s developer, the Zilber Property Group in Milwaukee.

The company’s incentive package requires SSB to meet its employment targets and pay workers more than $20 per hour. The manufacturer told city officials that it hopes to begin operations in the new Janesville facility by next spring.

SSB currently operates 21 U.S. plants throughout the U.S., along with five in Canada and one in Puerto Rico.
