Let’s Talk! Everything You Need to Know About Our Show.

“Let’s Talk” is a one-hour program devoted to issues and developments that are of importance to Sedalia and the surrounding communities. With each hour dedicated to a subject, many times with expert guests joining the hosts, Let’s Talk can probe deeply into the issue of the week. Let’s Talk is hosted by Ron Toellner, John Meehan, and Beau Matthews. “Let’s Talk” airs Saturday morning at 10:00 AM CST.

“Let’s Talk” Upcoming Guests and Shows 

Saturday, December 4 “Let’s Talk” takes a look at The Warrensburg Veterans Home and the new VA outpatient clinic with guests Latisha Koetting from the Warrensburg Veterans Home, and Jeff Hoelscher from Truman Veterans’ Hospital in Columbia. They’ll discuss services and programs for the residents at the Veterans Home, and the services that will be provided at the Truman VA Outpatient Clinic.

Saturday. December 11 – “Let’s Talk” will take a look at the pending purchase of land adjacent to State Fair Community College and the Missouri State Fair and how it will be used. Dr. Joanna Anderson, President of State Fair Community College, and Mark Wolfe, Director of the Missouri State Fair are this week’s guests.

Saturday, December 18 –  “Let’s Talk” will take a look at the proposed Environmental Material Management Park proposed by the Pettis County Development Company. It’s the same project Pettis County First is opposing. You can see the signs on Highway 50 on the way out of town. Derrick Standley, from Presidio Environmental, the company behind the project, is this week’s guest.

Saturday, January 1 – Happy New Year! Open Door Service Center provides life-essential services like food, clothing, shelter, and emergency assistance to those in Pettis County and Sedalia who need it. Executive Director Amanda Davis is this week’s guest.

Saturday, January 8 – “Let’s Talk” discusses the State of the City with Sedalia City Manager Kelvin Shaw.
