Legacy Classic appoints Spenski as director of supply chain

HIGH POINT — Legacy Classic Furniture has hired Rick Spenski to its management team as the new director of supply chain.

Spenski’s focus will be forecasting, planning and working closely with the supply chain team and factories to insure timely production and delivery of goods. He was previously with Legacy from 2004 to 2014 in the supply chain department.

“It is great to be back with Legacy Classic,” said Spenski. “I am looking forward to reimplementing and improving upon our forecast management and requirements planning systems and working with key customers on collaborative projects and planning.”

Spenski will report to Neill Robinson, president and CEO of Legacy Classic and LC Kids. “Legacy is extremely excited to have Rick back on our team,” said Robinson. “His past knowledge and experience at Legacy will be a beneficial tool as we continue to elevate Legacy and improve our internal processes.”

Spenski has extensive experience in the furniture industry with companies such including Maitland-Smith, Akzo Nobel, Ashley Furniture, Hightower and Hafele.

Legacy Classic supplies bedroom, dining room, occasional and youth furniture.
