J. Crew Factory Store opening at Legacy Village in the fall

LYNDHURST, Ohio — If you’re looking for chambray shirts and skinny chinos from J. Crew at a discounted price, you soon won’t have to travel two hours or even to an outlet mall to find them. That’s because the region’s first and J.Crew Factory store is scheduled to open in the fall at Legacy Village.

“Legacy Village is delighted to welcome J.Crew Factory to our growing list of merchants and restaurants unique to Northeast Ohio,” said Legacy Village general manager Susan Windle in a press release. “As the area’s premier lifestyle center, the addition of J.Crew Factory deepens the distinctive Legacy Village shopping experience for Northern Ohioans.”

The retailer specializes in casual styles for women, men and kids. Product categories included dresses, skirts, jeans, shirts, pants, shorts, sweaters, jackets, pajamas, shoes, accessories and more. The store often sells items that can also be found at regular J. Crew stores but at cheaper prices. The Legacy Village location will also offer private shopping appointments, online pick-up and return, and discounts for teachers, college students, healthcare workers, first responders and military personnel.

While there are J. Crew stores at Pinecrest, Crocker Park and Summit Mall, the closet J. Crew Factory location is currently at the Tanger Outlets in Sunbury outside of Columbus.
