The newest Peach Cobbler Factory is almost ready to open its doors.
A new Indian Land location at 8067 Charlotte Highway has its grand opening Saturday. It will run noon to 8 p.m. The site is near Jenkins Drive, north of Sun City and Promenade at Carolina Reserve.
The new spot will have a dozen flavors of banana pudding. It will have six different cinnamon rolls. It will have drinks, catering and delivery. Plus there will be a dozen flavors of its namesake peach cobbler.
Peach Cobbler Factory has desserts, but the Indian Land site could be an appetizer of business to come. There’s already a Charlotte location. The long list of coming soon sites for the company includes Rock Hill and Fort Mill locations.
Peach Cobbler Factory began in Nashville nine years ago. Franchising recently began, and there are more than a dozen locations including one in Charlotte. Several times that many new locations are planned.
“We will likely open up the Rock HIll and Fort Mill locations sometime in 2023,” said Freda Wallace, co-owner of the Indian Land site. “The plan is to open up a Myrtle Beach location later this year.
