(“IMCD” or “Company”), a leading distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients, today announced it has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Brazilian speciality ingredient distributor, VitaQualy Comércio de Ingredientes LTDA (“VitaQualy”).
