HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As country Procurement head to drive and professionalize local purchasing best practices and deliver solid business value including but not limited to cost savings, compliance, supplier risk management and quality. This role will cover primarily Hong Kong and Macau market, potentially extending to other markets within the region.
Some of your key responsibilities are listed as below –
• Manage and reinforce country Procurement policies and guidelines in compliance with Richemont group standard
• Maintain and manage Procurement dashboards / KPI’s to drive performance in terms of process compliance, delegation of authority, supplier qualification, etc.
• Work with stakeholders and budget owners to establish procurement strategy on major categories including but not limited to retail store fit-out & renovation, advertising & promotion (e.g. events, PR, promotional items, visual merchandizing etc.) and general expenses (e.g. IT, logistics, office supplies, printing, etc.)
• Manage relationship with major local and global suppliers to drive long term and sustainable partnership at group level
• Provide key measurement statistics, analysis, and report on procurement activities to brand MDs and function heads
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
To contribute in your team success you:
• Have minimum 10-15 years of strong discipline in Indirect Procurement, experience on Retail Store Fitout and/or Marketing, Advertising & Promotion categories is a plus. Candidate with less Procurement experience but with relevant category industry or consultant experience (e.g. Retail Store Fitout, Marketing, etc.) will also be considered
• Have strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, procurement compliance and control framework
• Have strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities, able to lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and deliver concrete results
• Are fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
