This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-performing individual to oversee the supply chain of an award-winning skincare
brand. Known for pioneering ‘clean’ beauty and centring sustainability in all aspects of their business practice, the
successful candidate will develop and execute an integrated strategy that delivers a supply chain that meets the brand’s
industry-leading standards and reputation.
In this role you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain encompassing demand & supply planning, procurement, safety,
quality and customer service. Your priority will be to ensure that day to day operational activities run smoothly, as you
work closely with senior management to formulate policies and objectives that will produce a robust demand and supply
process.
The ideal candidate will have proven negotiation and management skills, in addition to a considerable number of years of
experience in Supply Chain Management. With your fantastic interpersonal and leadership skills, you will build strong
relationships and identify key talent in the supply chain to continually develop and mentor.
You must have a Bachelor’s degree. An additional MBA will be advantageous.
