A marine and power sports equipment company is planning a $22 million expansion at its Georgia headquarters, state officials announced.

Outdoor Network, a dealer and distributor of equipment and parts that operates e-commerce sites Boats.net, Partzilla.com, and Firedog.com, will expand a distribution center and build a new advanced manufacturing facility in Albany, Georgia.

The factory, company officials said, is slated to build OXE Diesel Outboard Motors’ complete lineup of 125-horsepower through 200-horsepower motors after Outdoor Network secured a contract for U.S. production from Sweden-based OXE Marine.

The company expects to add 40 new jobs at the manufacturing facility and 52 positions at the distribution hub.

“This is the dawn of a new day, and we look forward to focusing on the future of sustained development and growth in Albany,” Outdoor Network CEO Martin Polo said in the announcement.

In addition to OXE, Outdoor Network supplies brands including Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki, Can-Am, Mercury, Sea-Doo, and Evinrude. The company also operates sites in Florida and Nevada.
