General cargo ship SRIWIJAYA RAYA developed heavy portside list and fore tilt in the morning Dec 13 after leakage started in fore section of the ship (tanks, cargo holds?), while sailing along western coast of Bangka island, Indonesia. The ship with cargo of groceries is en route from Batam, Indonesia, Singapore Strait, to Jakarta. She had to anchor in emergence off Batu Betumpang, Bangka island. Last AIS dated Dec 12, present (1420 UTC Dec 13) condition and status of the ship unclear.
