Springfield City Council

What: At its regular session Monday night, the Springfield City Council will be asked to authorize the city manager to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement for Human Services with Lane County and Eugene for the allocation of $135,252 from the fiscal year 2021 general fund to support the Human Services Commission and $25,000 for the G Street OASIS, a homeless services project.
The council also will have a reading of an ordinance allowing a commercial building to be used as an Egan Warming Center.
Lane County Board of Commissioners
Details: 9 a.m. regular session, Tuesday (Attend online: lanecounty.org/cms/One.aspx?portalId=3585881&pageId=7842434)
What: The Lane County Board of Commissioners will be asked to authorize the annual Rural Tourism Marketing Program contracts to distribute $320,362 in room tax receipts to rural cities, including Creswell, Cottage Grove, Coburg, Junction City, Veneta, Dunes City, Florence, Lowell, Oakridge and Westfir.
The board also will continue public hearings on updating county code concerning floodplains.
The Eugene City Council does not meet this week.
