Fox Factory Holding: 2Q Earnings Snapshot

BRASELTON, Ga. (AP) _ Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOXF) on Wednesday reported second-quarter earnings of $12.6 million.

On a per-share basis, the Braselton, Georgia-based company said it had profit of 32 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 50 cents per share.

The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 28 cents per share.

The vehicle suspension maker posted revenue of $183.1 million in the period, which also topped Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $157.1 million.

Fox Factory Holding shares have risen 41% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $98.02, a rise of 32% in the last 12 months.
