Florida Based Brewery
This position will provide leadership and business strategy for the Manufacturing and Logistics operations of the Brewery, including outbound, and will lead continuous quality improvement to ensure customer satisfaction, production, logistics, purchasing, research and development, maintenance, engineering, safety/environmental and manpower planning for permanent and temporary workforce. The role aims at strategically supporting business growth and delivering value through the operational execution of supply chain activities with responsibility for all supply chain activity, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, customer services and logistics. The role works collaboratively with key business partners to ensure effective management, interacting with Commercial, HR, Marketing, Finance and other functions to identify and meet business requirements at a strategic and executional level. The role also works closely with other global partners to ensure effective end-to-end supply chain management. Externally the role engages with Distributors and other key Stakeholders necessary to perform and deliver the requirements of the role. The role will achieve excellence in ensuring the availability of inventory through effective management of demand planning, S&OP, supply planning and replenishment and inventory optimization. The role is divided between strategic orientation and operational execution as required.
