Cookie dough?! Mango?! Tequila Almond?! Prepare for analysis paralysis as Dulce Vida Ice Cream Factory opens its doors today, Friday, February 21.
Inside 1127 N. High St. in the Short North, 52 flavors of ice cream and nearly 60 flavors of paletas await. There’s more. Sporting the same menu as its other two locations, Dulce Vida will also offer sweets creations like their signature Mangonada. There’s a lineup of savory items too, including hot dogs, walking tacos and french fries.
The ice cream and paletas are made in-house at Dulce Vida’s factory and storefront at 4201 W. Broad St. Bringing ice cream to all corners of Columbus, the sweets shop has another location at 2400 Home Acre Dr. on the north side.
The owners are excited to be in the center of the action – pulling in visitors to the area to international students from OSU. With each authentic creation being its own work of art, they also feel at home in an arts district.
Dulce Vida in the Short North will be open from 12 – 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 12 p.m. – 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and 12 – 10 p.m. on Sunday. Hours might shuffle in the summer and based on foot traffic.
