Firefighters were called to deal with a flooded warehouse in Heyford Park.

The crews from Bicester Fire Station were asked to ‘assist’ with the burst water pipe at the development near Upper Heyford, north west of Bicester, on Friday.

On social media, Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews isolated the water supply and worked hard using brushes and a low level strainer to remove water from the warehouse floor to reduce any further damage.”

Pictures showed a large pool of water in a warehouse. Brown cardboard boxes were stacked on top of pallets.
