In December of 2021, an explosion and fatal fire took two lives at the building, which contained art studios and small businesses.
At the time, the building was set to be redeveloped, and still will be developed into a supermarket, 123 units of housing, and other commercial space.
Many of the businesses had to leave in the months after the fire. Read more about that here.
