F/T Araho and C/P Island Enterprise Latest to be Pulled from “A” Season Due to COVID

Last Friday the 194-foot factory trawler Araho, owned by the O’Hara Corporation, became the latest to be pulled from fishing due to COVID-19 in the Bering Sea. Twenty of the 40-member crew were tested positive for the virus late last week, after arriving to Dutch Harbor on Wednesday with only a few crew complaining of symptoms.
