E-PROCUREMENT: Trade ministry to save Shs3Bn

The ministry of trade will save up to three billion shillings annually, huge expenditure flowing into procurement-related processes and transactions. This follows the ministry activating its e-procurement system, part of the wider e-government initiatives, designed to ensure transparency in the award of contracts.
