We are looking to expand our operations team! The ideal candidate has experience in
optimizing inventory, navigating supply chain, and general warehouse management.
This role will be expected to wear many hats as we continue to expand partner brewing
and the DBCo brand into new markets!
Role Description:
? Schedules and manages the loads/unloads for everything that comes in and goes out of
the brewery
? Manages our inventory management system
? Prepare and build pallets of beer cases/cooperage for our distributor, partner brewers,
and local delivery
? Performs cadenced audits/inventory reconciliation of raw ingredients, packaging
material, and finished product
? Collaborates with sales team weekly to ensure proper inventory of core SKUs
? Assists with general tasks around the brewery to include preventative maintenance and
cleaning
Requirements:
? 2+ years experience in a brewery warehouse setting
? Forklift certification
? Experience with inventory management
? Strong computer skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Excellent communication skills
? Continuous Improvement mindset
Compensation:
? Wage will commensurate with experience
? 50%+ contribution by DBCo to health insurance
? 15 days of PTO + 8 holidays
? 401K + 4% company match
