Copra is looking for an Operations/Supply Chain Manager to grow and improve the company’s
supply chain with the main responsibility being demand forecasting, inventory management, purchasing,
and reporting.
You will be pivotal to Copra’s success, as you are primarily responsible for ensuring that the
right products get to the right place at the right time. You will work closely with our vertically
integrated manufacturing team in Thailand to produce for the short term and plan for the long
term. You will also work with operations, sales and marketing teams as well as key leadership.
You must be comfortable with synthesizing and organizing a large volume of information from
many sources and acting in a strategic function to communicate across departments. Not only
do you need to be analytical, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent
communicator, you also need to be able to roll up your sleeves and execute

enhance our operations to meet the current and future demands of our customers, both
wholesale and retail/private label.
