The ideal candidate will have a background in sourcing temporary labour (IT professionals) within the financial services sector, though other backgrounds will be considered.

In the role as Contingent Labour Procurement Lead, you will:

  • Lead on the strategic sourcing of contingent/temporary labour across sub categories the firm (spend of c.$700m)
  • Working with senior stakeholders to educate on procurement best practice across the HR category
  • Developing sustainable and innovate sourcing strategies across the organisation to deliver on procurement targets
