CMS Distribution partners with GuardYoo for new Attack Surface Management offering

CMS Distribution has teamed up with Irish cyber security firm GuardYoo to provide a new Attack Surface Management Cloud Service offering.

The hosted service, dubbed CMS Cloud Service Powered by GuardYoo, aims to help partners maintain high level attack surface management, leveraging functionality such as artefact analysis and forensic reporting.

CMS says its new offering’s primary purpose is to strengthen organisations’ resilience against vulnerabilities and cyber threats – whilst also enabling their growth and “reaching their full business potential”.

“CMS is delighted to have penned an agreement to provide GuardYoo’s pen testing and security services under our ‘CMS Powered by’ brand,” commented Nick Bailey, Alliance Director at CMS Distribution.

“Our partners look to us to provide innovative new products and services, and adding GuardYoo strengthens that considerably.”

Regularly used by first responders tackling advanced cyber attacks, GuardYoo enables organisations to reduce their attack surface to a minimum with its self-service style assessment platform.

It allows partners to create, execute, and analyse cyber security assessments on clients’ infrastructure and can be augmented with additional services – such as penetration and security testing, as well as digital forensics and threat intelligence.

CMS says GuardYoo’s level of research and frontline experience in cyber warfare, combined with its own value-added offerings, will provide partners with a sophisticated attack surface management platform to help their clients identify and remediate previously undetected vulnerabilities.

“It’s a real pleasure for us at GuardYoo to partner with CMS Distribution who have a strong history of delivering value-added services to their channel,” said Darren Sexton, GuardYoo CEO.

“Through our partnership with CMS, we are able to provide cybersecurity partners with a sophisticated Attack Surface Management platform to help their clients accurately identify and remediate previously undetected vulnerabilities.”
