Styles (pictured) is currently Nissan’s senior director of supply chain logistics, responsible for finished vehicle and inbound production parts logistics, supplier packaging engineering and logistics strategy for the US, Canada and Mexico.
Styles has been with the carmaker since 2002 having held a number of management roles in supply chain operations in the US and Mexico. They include director of purchasing for Nissan’s Mexico operations, as well as director of purchasing for logistics and aftermarket, and accessory parts for the Americas region.
In his new role Styles will be responsible for overseeing supply chain activities for all production parts and finished vehicle distribution in the US, Canada and Mexico.
Styles’ move coincides with the appointment of Tracy Church as vice-president of powertrain operations at Nissan’s Decherd, TN plant, replacing Mark Swenson, who is also retiring. She is the first woman appointed to the role.
