  • Assist the Product Developer with each range to ensure range boards are regularly updated in line with product drops
  • Managing and updating all buy sheets, SKU names and ASANA administration
  • Managing production timeframes as well as sampling approval process and comments to suppliers/ fit timelines
  • Managing and tracking the sample and production process to ensure on time  delivery (fit samples and marketing samples)
  • Request and manage all marketing sample requests

  • Request and manage all marketing sample requests
  • Request and negotiate FOB product costings and assist with achieving margin targets while elevating and maintaining quality standards
  • Manage and regularly update all fabrication, cost, RRP, ETD dates, size range required for ASANA  and negotiate cost prices where possible
  • Raise POs using Cin7 in a timely manner to ensure on time delivery and issue relevant barcodes to each supplier
  • Manage and track all bulk production ex factory dates to ensure on time delivery for each launch drop. ie: manage relevant freight forwarder delivery bookings
  • Ensure critical path is followed
  • Ensure regular communication with suppliers to achieve on time delivery
  • Manage all freight forwarder bookings directly with logistics company to ensure smooth handover and timely delivery of goods into Melbourne warehouse
  • Work in conjunction with Customer Care team to manage any returns or faulty products and issue claims directly with the suppliers

 

KEY SKILLS

  • Fashion forward and trend focused
  • Previous experience working in a Product Developer Assistant role is highly desirable
  • Qualification in Fashion and Textiles is also highly advantageous
  • Proactive, motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Work under pressure and take directions well
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and ability to maintain strong relationships
  • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • A collaborative team member
  • Ideally have well developed negotiation skills
  • Be ethically minded
