Within the framework of the European Union and Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022” and its action “Fostering women’s access to justice in Turkey”, the Council of Europe Programme Office in Ankara initiates a call, a competitive bidding procedure. The purpose of the call is to make a framework contract with maximum 4 service providers to purchase printing, publication, and layout services for project materials.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File and fill out the requested “Act of Engagement” form while attaching the “Documents to be provided”. The deadline for submission of applications is 04 March 2022 (until midnight Turkish time). Applications should be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. All information requests should be directed to the same e-mail address by February 25, 2022.
Bids together with all attachments are kindly requested to be sent to the above-mentioned e-mail address, by writing “HF47- Services for Printing and Publication” in the subject line. Bids sent to any other e-mail address will be rejected.
