Bulgaria’s Discordia plans to expand team, fleet in 2021

SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 2 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian freight forwarder Discordia said that it is planning to increase the number of both its employees and trucks in 2020.

Discordia intends to grow the number of its employees to 1,650 in 2021, it said in a statement last week upon hiring its 1,000th driver.

Discordia, which partners with three vehicle manufacturers – Volvo, Scania и DAF, operates a fleet of 700 trucks.

In 2019, Discordia announced plans to invest 200 million levs ($123 million/102.3 million euro) in capacity expansion over the next three years.
