Brady Industries, a distributor of foodservice and janitorial supplies and equipment, appointed Mark Allen to the newly created position of vice president of procurement. In this role, Allen will manage the day-to-day operations of the purchasing department.

Most recently, Allen was vice president of global sourcing for Individual Foodservice (IFS), which recently merged with the Brady organization. Prior to IFS, he spent more than 20 years at Interline Brands.

“Mark’s vast experience will be a great addition to the Brady team,” said Brady Industries president Travis Brady.

Allen is currently based in Florida, but will work out of Brady’s Las Vegas branch.

Founded in 1947, Brady Industries delivers supplies and equipment to facility and foodservice professionals nationwide. The company employs more than 500 people, is headquartered in Las Vegas, and maintains offices and warehouses in more than a dozen states.
