On Friday, December 3, Attorney General William Tong will visit local businesses in Danbury and Bethel to encourage Connecticut consumers to shop local this holiday season.
At 10 a.m. Attorney General Tong will visit Luke’s Toy Factory in Danbury with State Sen. Julie Kushner and State Rep. Bob Godfrey to highlight shopping local this holiday season. Luke’s Toy Factory is a family-run business that produces made-in-Connecticut eco-friendly toys.
Luke’s Toy Factory is located at 128 East Liberty Street, Danbury, CT 06810. Please use rear entrance.
Following the visit to Luke’s Toy Factory, at 12:15 p.m. Attorney General Tong will join Sen. Kushner, Bethel First-Selectman Matt Knickerbocker, and State Rep. Raghib Allie-Brennan in downtown Bethel to visit more local businesses including Varano Bakery located at 198 Greenwood Ave.
