Lucky Luke Brewing is growing, and in need of a passionate, driven and professional team member that would like to grow with us and work on just about everything in the brewhouse. Ideally this candidate will:
-Participate in all aspects of wort production including all prep (raw material management, milling, weighing, water/hose/fitting/tool preparation) and thorough cleanup.
-Develop new beer recipes.
-Perform quality control functions such as water titration, and yeast analysis and management.
-Perform cellar work such as tank preparation and maintenance, fermentation monitoring, beer transfers, carbonation, and keg washing.
-Participate in packaging operations including bottling, canning and keg racking.
-Provide thorough documentation of all functions performed throughout the course of every day’s work.
Do you need to be a seasoned veteran at every function listed above? Nope, but we can start with some brewery experience, a positive attitude, solid work ethic, reliability and an internal drive to learn as much as you can.
