My client, a progressive Public Sector organisation, is looking to recruit a Strategic Procurement Manager to lead projects from a commercial, category and sourcing perspective.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Hands-on category management of ‘services’ spend areas, eg. either HR, professional services, corporate, FM, social care etc.
- Experience of engaging with stakeholders at a senior level to drive and manage change and deliver the strategic priorities.
- Experience of leading, coaching, mentoring and development of staff would be desirable
- Previous experience in Public Sector procurement / OJEU / PCR2015 is essential.
