Customers enjoyed some of their last treats at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in late July before the the Taos Plaza location closes on Aug. 9
“It’s really hard,” said store manager Evelyn Espinoza, who has been working at the business for 20 years. “I’ve seen a lot of the kids in the community grow up. All the people that come in here, I consider my hitas and hitos. They’re my family.”
